• Database: Your account data and project metadata are stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on secure cloud infrastructure.
• Media storage: Videos, images, and audio files you create or upload are stored on Supabase Storage with access controls.
• Encryption: All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encryption. Data at rest is encrypted by our infrastructure providers.
• Access controls: Access to production data is strictly limited and logged.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system can guarantee complete security. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

We share data with the following third-party providers solely to deliver the Service. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

When you generate a video, relevant portions of your content (scripts, images) are sent to the AI providers above for processing. We do not control how these providers use data received; please review their privacy policies for details.

Futureel uses the following cookies:

• Authentication cookies: Essential cookies set by Supabase to maintain your login session. These are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to collect aggregated, anonymized data about how visitors use our site (pages visited, session duration, traffic source).

Opt-out of analytics: You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser settings.

We do not use advertising cookies or share cookie data with advertisers.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Right to portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Right to restrict processing: Request that we limit how we process your data.
• Right to object: Object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@futureel.net with your request. We will respond within 30 days. You may also delete your account directly from your account settings, which removes your personal profile data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service:

• Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion upon request.
• Generated videos and projects: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion.
• Payment records: Retained for 7 years to comply with financial and tax regulations.
• Free account inactivity: Free accounts inactive for more than 12 months may have their generated content deleted. We will notify you by email before doing so.
