Terms of Service

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.

Futureel offers the following subscription plans, billed monthly:

Credits: Video generation consumes credits. Credit balances are shown in your account dashboard. Credits do not roll over between billing periods unless specified in your plan.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Used credits are non-refundable. For unused subscription time, we may offer a pro-rata refund at our discretion. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact hello@futureel.net.

Price changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to use Futureel to:

• Create or distribute illegal content of any kind
• Infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Generate videos depicting real, identifiable people without their explicit consent
• Create deepfakes, misinformation, or deceptive content
• Produce content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or threatening
• Send spam or conduct unsolicited mass outreach using generated content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform’s systems
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice.

Your content: You retain ownership of all videos and content you generate using Futureel. You may use your generated videos for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.

Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your inputs (topics, scripts, images you upload) and your outputs do not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, and rights of publicity.

Our platform: Futureel retains all rights to the platform, software, branding, trademarks, and underlying technology. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as described.

The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate scripts, images, voiceovers, and videos. AI-generated content may contain:

• Inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations
• Unintended or unexpected outputs
• Content that may not reflect current information

You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing or distributing it. Futureel does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose.

Futureel integrates with the following third-party services to deliver the platform:

• ElevenLabs — AI voiceover generation
• FAL.ai — AI image and video generation
• Anthropic Claude — AI script and content generation
• Stripe — Payment processing

Each of these services operates under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, for extended inactivity on free accounts, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
